This place is a great hotel located in a peaceful area near the airport and the main center, and we were pleased to have a room with a bathtub, with the standout feature being the amazing staff.

We had a spacious bedroom. Location: the hotel was very close to other sightseeing locations, the airport shuttle and the historical center of the city.

Excellant hotel, quiet atmosphere. Tastefully decorated room with an external bathroom. Comfy bed, caring and dedicated stuff. Central location hard to charge everything. Also - close to Piazza Castelnuovo, all the different areas, and the shopping streets. Very nice experience there.

The location is great, close to shopping streets, Teatro Massimo, Capo Market, and main tourist attractions. the staff is caring and dedicated, providing free wake up calls and ironing services.

The room was spotless and huge, I had a kitchen and climate control. the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: local markets and a market were within walking distance.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Palermo, in a lively neighborhood with easy access to busses and plenty of attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with lots of information about the city and always willing to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with powerful air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot summer days. The breakfast included in the price was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

One small area for improvement would be to have more cooking facilities in the living room for guests who prefer to cook their own meals.

Excellent location at a great price. 15 min walk from train station to airport. 10 min stroll to city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Communal lounge/TV space, dining area, and kitchen. Fresh food market, supermarket, eateries, and self-service laundry nearby. Simple breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. High-level facilities. I'm fully satisfied and will choose it again.
